General terms and conditions of sale

1. Background

The general conditions of sale have as their object the regulation of the purchase of products and services, made at a distance and made available, via the Internet, from the site in compliance with the Italian regulations set forth in Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions.

Consumers who access the Site to make purchases are required, prior to placing an order, to carefully read these Terms and Conditions made available to them.

2. Product selection and ordering

The features and price of the various products for sale on the Site are given on the page for each Product. To purchase Products, the Customer must complete and submit the order form in electronic format, following the instructions on the Site. The Customer shall add the Product to the “Shopping Cart” and, after having read the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and confirmed their acceptance, shall enter the shipping information, select the desired payment method and confirm the order.

By submitting the order from the Site, which has the value of a contractual proposal, the Customer acknowledges and declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure and fully accepts these transcribed General and Payment Conditions.

The contract entered into between Mastro Vincenzo and the Customer shall be deemed concluded upon acceptance of the order by Mastro Vincenzo. Such acceptance is communicated to the Customer through an email confirmation and summary of the order itself. The Customer will check the confirmation email and if he identifies any errors in the order he should contact Mastro Vincenzo using the appropriate form in the contact section, and in case the order has not already been placed the changes will be made.

3. Prices and shipping costs

Product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties (except any customs fees outside the EU). All prices are in Euros.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and delivery time.

4. Methods of payment

The Customer may make payment of the price of the Products and related delivery charges by bank transfer, credit card, prepaid card, PayPal and 3 installment payment without interest (scalapay).

5. Transportation and delivery

Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase process. All purchases will be delivered by courier on business days, except on holidays. Mastro Vincenzo is not responsible for delays that cannot be foreseen or attributed to it. Once the order is placed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email and then an email with tracking of the shipment once the products have left. It is possible for purchased products to arrive in more than one shipment. In these cases, the Customer will receive multiple tracking emails. Except in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event, Products traveling at room temperature will be delivered internationally within 5 working days (depending on the Italian or foreign destination) considering the days of departure stated in the pages of the purchased products (couriers GLS, DHL, UPS). In countries with customs, delivery time may be longer. Products that travel temperature-controlled (with food-grade gel ice) are shipped only within Italy and delivered in 1/3 business days (depending on location) considering the days of departure stated on the purchased product pages (DHL, GLS couriers).

Countries where the service is active We are active in: Italy and the rest of Europe . Any customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Right of withdrawal and right of return

Since these are fresh food products (subject to spoilage) that are prepared, processed or harvested only after the order has been placed by the Customer, it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for reconsideration, canceling the purchase made, if the order has not yet been taken care of. Such a request should be made to Mastro Vincenzo via email ( or by using the contact form accessible directly on the Site.

After delivery, if the purchased products have obvious anomalies/differences from what was advertised (to be witnessed by sending photos to the email, the Customer has the right to choose:

– to for a new delivery, at Don Cannolo’s expense, of the products in question;

– To for voucher or refund equal to the sum of the advertised products.

7. Complaints
