Covered with almond marzipan and orange and lemon candied fruit. Soft sponge cake filled with extra apricot jam.
Baked confectionery product.


Cake: sugar, PEELED ALMONDS (20 percent), EGGS, candied orange paste (oranges, sugar, glucose syrup), honey, wheat flour type “00,” leavening agent (E450: sodium pyrophosphate; E500: sodium bicarbonate; wheat flour type “00”), potassium sorbate.

Filling: apricot puree 50% apricot puree, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, lemon juice, thickener: pectin; E202: potassium sorbate, flavoring). Decorated with candied orange peel (orange peel 50%, sugar, glucose syrup) and candied cherry (cherry, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator E330: citric acid; E129* allura red; E202: potassium sorbate).
